Well, i've seen lot of projects regarding some good solutions for creators, authors, translators and here is now one for the legality and regulated business in cryptocurrency world.
For all new cryptocurrency business is harder and harder to be on the line with all the regulations that has come and will also come in near future.
THE PROJECT
This new project SmartOne Legal it is built from Switzerland and propose a central marketplace where everyone can engage legal advisers and services who are crypto business oriented. Using automation technology for this services enhances the chance for that business to survive.
The project is based on Ethereum blockchain and LEGAL is the ERC20 Token.
They call ICOs as TGEs (Token Generating Events) as being a correct legal term to describe a Token Launch.
WHAT IT OFFERS
PROBLEMS:
- Using traditional legal services & compliance solutions for cryptocurrency community and business in some cases does not exist and in some are creating more problems and blocking them to go on
- For the moment, crypto communities remain excluded form the legal system mainly because of the "slow-moving and hermetic legal services market"
SOLUTIONS:

- " Uses an existing and successful marketplace of legal experts who understand crypto legislation and the needs of blockchain enterprises "

ROADMAP
In a few words,
- in 2017 they launch the platform, open a legaltech lab in Zug and adding legal solutions / products in the marketplace.
- 2018 - KYC automation, open source crowdfunding platform, automation of processes, legal documents and contracts for the financial and capital markets and classification / rating model of tokens
- 2019 - Extending marketplace to consumers with their legal app
- TBC - Legal solutions for the financial services industry and crypto banking.
LEGAL TOKEN - launch and what is good for?
Token launch date: 30th October 2017
Name of token: LEGAL (abbreviation: LGL)
Having the LEGAL token will give you the following advantages:
- exchange it for legal products (at a discount)
- get bonus and early right to purchase tokens of upcoming TGEs
- publish and contribute to the SmartOne platform and be rewarded with LEGAL tokens
- get access to premium services (such as TGE analysis or token ratings)
My last thought
As i said in the beginning, i love when i see big projects like that rises on the market.
Like the projects mentioned in the beginning regarding authorship solutions and some other great projects that have as a foundation solid solutions, i hope that most of them will became a reality and also that will be an opening road for a correct and good way to enter in this digital world.
This project could help also small companies in the future. If we can find legal solutions there and also at a reasonable price without the need to research in so many places it will be a good step. I can't say though how much will cost for a small company to enter in this world, but definitely will be a good start.
As a graphic designer and photographer freelancer, i loved places where lot of us can find projects with clear definitions and budgets plus an escrow service. Maybe it is not the best comparison, but in my simple opinion it looks promising to have a marketplace for legal solutions & services too.
This is not an advice from me. It is an information and a personal opinion. Also, just a belief that things can go better in the near future. I really hope that.
